Our wildcrafted sea moss is imported from the clean waters of St. Lucia. It's a small Caribbean in the middle of the ocean with about 200,000 population. These people take care of their land and surroundings which produces our highest quality sea moss that grows in unpolluted waters. 

• How long is the order process?

Shipping & processing times are anywhere from 1-2 days. We currently only ship interisland (Hawaii only) Monday- Wednesday AM.

The dry sea moss could take up to a week and a half depending on where you are located. 

• Is our sea moss tested for heavy metals?

Yes, absolutely. Our sea moss is tested for heavy metals conducted by a third party. For the most recent testing results click here.

• What is the shelf life of the sea moss?

The plain sea moss gel lasts up to 3 weeks after delivery and must be kept refrigerated or frozen.

The dry sea moss lasts up to 2 years in a normal cool and dry storage. 

All other flavors anywhere from 1-2 + weeks

• How do you store the sea moss gel?

Refrigerator or freezer. 

• How much should I take to Start?

We recommend starting off with 1-2 TBSP (tablespoons) per day no more than 4 TBSP.

Yes, children above 5 may take sea moss gel and capsules, as long as they are not on any medications however, we would recommend consulting with your physician first.

• Is our sea moss wildcrafted or pool grown?

Our sea moss is 100% wildcrafted and is not pool grown. We have attached a picture of the difference between our real wildcrafted sea moss and pool grown sea moss. 

• How do I consume the sea moss?

You can mix your sea moss gel in a smoothie, or just take a spoonful directly from the jar. 

• How can we prevent the sea moss from contamination?

Do not double dip and wash your lid daily.
