Refund Policy

All sea moss products are handled with extreme care and consideration when in production however we know you have questions, and we want to provide you with those answers to the best of our ability before reaching out.

If you purchase your sea moss directly from us and have questions about dates, texture etc. please refer to the relevant social media posts. If you can't find your answer, there please feel free to also check the FAQ on this website and if that doesn't help, please feel free to message us and depending on the situation we will act accordingly by replacing the sea moss, refunding the dollar amount or denying the dollar amount if we have determined false claims for consumer benefits.

If you purchase from one of our wholesaler accounts, then please direct all of your concerns to them. All sea moss sold from wholesalers' stores is recommended to be sold from the freezer section. If sold from the refer, please direct your concerns to them for a replacement or refund.

All other sustainable misc. products are sold as is unless received defective. If this happens, please contact us and attach a picture so we can replace the item.

*All Enagic products have a different return policy. You will receive this during the checkout process when purchasing a product.

Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on the provision of services. Our returns period lasts for 14 days after you receive any item. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible to return an item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Where items have been made or personalized for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.

If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
